The next First Thursdays is on Thursday, 4 March from 6-9pm. St Kevins Arcade, K’Rd. Come to the artwalk which features emerging artists at St Kevins Arcade, Verona and Te Karanga Gallery. First Thursdays showcases local talent in art, music, dance, and craftwork. Good sounds provided by GeorgeFM and enjoy a complimentary Isaac’s Cider. A great way to connect with creatives and enjoy art and music, you won’t want to miss this!

Our Thursday 4 Feb show was really exciting with the recent addition of specialty craftwork. We also had guest DJ Recloose, breakdancing, and had extended our artwalk to include Verona and Te Karanga Gallery. With a turnout of about 1200 people, First Thursdays is growing with local support!

First Thursdays is a community-conscious collaboration of artisans and art lovers whose ultimate goal is to showcase new and exciting talent in the fields of visual arts, music and performance.

On the first Thursday of every month, First Thursdays at St Kevin’s Arcade will bring together visual artists, performance artists, photographers, musicians, DJs, and hopefully… you! If you live in Auckland or just visiting for the summer, come be a part of the collaboration!
